The most common complication of the primary closure, was bleeding from the position. While in patients with open healing, most patients complain of long term pain of surgery position, as well as local infection, bleeding and recurrent pilonidal sinus, respectively (P = 024.0 in female patients and P= 000.0 in male patients).
