fa بررسی علل ا صلی و زمینه‌ای مرگ و میر نوزادان بر اساس کدبندی بین‌المللی بیماری‌ها در بیمارستان ابوذر اهواز پژوهشي اصیل Original Research <table align="center" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" dir="rtl" style="width:595px;border-collapse:collapse;" width="594"> <tbody> <tr style="page-break-inside:avoid;height:22px;"> <td style="width:595px;padding:0cm 5.4pt 0cm 5.4pt;height:22px;vertical-align:top;"> <p dir="RTL"><strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مقدمه: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">تأمین، حفظ و ارتقاء سطح سلامت نوزادان به‌عنوان یک گروه آسیب پذیر در خدمات بهداشتی درمانی جایگاه ویژه&shy;ای دارد و بی‌تردید اولین قدم در راه کاهش میزان مرگ و میر و ارتقاء سطح سلامت آنها، شناسایی علل مرگ و میر می‌باشد.</span></span></p> </td> </tr> <tr style="page-break-inside:avoid;height:22px;"> <td style="width:595px;padding:0cm 5.4pt 0cm 5.4pt;height:22px;vertical-align:top;"> <p dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مواد و روش&shy;ها: </span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">در این مطالعه گذشته نگر، علل اصلی مرگ نوزادان از پرونده‌های نوزادان فوت شده در بیمارستان ابوذر در سال 1390 استخراج گردید و سپس بر اساس کدبندی جدید بین‌المللی بیماری‌ها (</span></span><span dir="LTR">International Coding of Disease version 10</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">) طبقه بندی شد و اطلاعات بر حسب سن حاملگی، نوع زایمان، وزن تولد، جنس و سن بعد از تولد تجزیه و تحلیل گردید.</span></span></p> </td> </tr> <tr style="page-break-inside:avoid;height:22px;"> <td style="width:595px;padding:0cm 5.4pt 0cm 5.4pt;height:22px;vertical-align:top;"> <p dir="RTL"><strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته&shy; ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">پنج علت اصلی مرگ به‌طور کلی عبارت بودند از نارسی، سندرم دیسترس تنفسی، سپتی‌سمی، آسفکسی و خونریزی داخل جمجمه. همچنین معلوم گردید که علل مرگ در نوزادان با وزن تولد کم با نوزادان نارس مشابه بوده و عبارت بودند از سندرم دیسترس تنفسی، سپتی‌سمی، آسفکسی و خونریزی داخل جمجمه. در این مطالعه بین مرگ با سن حاملگی، نوع زایمان، سن بعد از تولد و وزن تولد رابطه معنی دار وجود داشت ولی بین مرگ با جنسیت رابطه معنی داری یافت نشد.</span></span></p> </td> </tr> <tr style="page-break-inside:avoid;height:35px;"> <td style="width:595px;padding:0cm 5.4pt 0cm 5.4pt;height:35px;vertical-align:top;"> <p dir="RTL"><strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">بحث و نتیجه &shy;گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">در حالی که عفونت‌ها به‌عنوان علت اصلی مرگ نوزادان رسیده در این مطالعه بود، علل مهم مرگ در نوزادان نارس و کم وزن مطالعه ما با سایر مطالعات تفاوت عمده‌ای نداشت. با توجه به کاربرد آسان </span></span><span dir="LTR">ICD10</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> و کارآیی آن در تعیین علل اصلی و زمینه‌ای مرگ نوزادان، استفاده از این طبقه بندی در گواهی‌های فوت نوزادان توصیه می‌شود.</span></span></p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <div style="clear:both;"></div> <p><strong><em>Background:</em> </strong>To provide, maintain and promote the health of children as a vulnerable group in the health service has a special place. So, the first step in reducing mortality and improve their health, identify causes of morbidity and mortality.</p> <p><strong><em>Materials and Methods:</em> </strong>In this retrospective study, the main causes of neonate death in the case of neonatal who died in Aboozar hospital in 1390&nbsp; were extracted, then based on the new international coding of diseases (International Coding Of Disease version 10) were categorized and the information on gestational age, type of delivery, birth weight, sex and age after birth .</p> <p><strong><em>Results:</em> </strong>Five main causes of death were generally: prematurity, respiratory distress syndrome, sepsis, asphyxia and intracranial hemorrhage. It was also revealed that the causes of death in neonatal with low birth weight premature neonatal are similar and include: respiratory distress syndrome, sepsis, asphyxia and intracranial hemorrhage.
