fa رتبه‌بندی و مقایسه شهرستان‌های استان لرستان در بخش بهداشت و خدمات بهداشتی با استفاده از روش TOPSIS بهداشت محیط بهداشت محیط <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مقدمه:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">علی‌رغم اهمیت بسیار زیاد بهداشت و خدمات بهداشتی، همواره عدم توازن در توزیع این گونه خدمات به عنوان یکی از مشکلات اساسی برنامه‌ریزان مطرح بوده است. این تحقیق با هدف رتبه‌ بندی و مقایسه‌ی شهرستان‌های استان لرستان در بخش بهداشت و خدمات بهداشتی انجام شده است.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">داده‌های لازم از طریق مراجعه به کتب و گزارش‌های موجود از یک طرف و متخصصان و افراد توانمند در حوزه‌ی بهداشت و خدمات بهداشتی از طرف دیگر گردآوری شد. در این راستا تعداد هیجده شاخص انتخاب و سپس با روش تاپسیس فازی به رتبه‌ بندی شهرستان‌های استان لرستان بر اساس این شاخص‌ها پرداخته شد.</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته &shy;ها:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتایج نشان می‌دهد که شهرستان‌های استان از نظر بهداشت و خدمات بهداشتی در قالب شاخص‌های مورد بررسی یکسان نبوده و شهرستان خرم‌آباد با شاخص شباهت 476/0 در اولویت اول، شهرستان بروجرد با شاخص شباهت 466/0 در جایگاه دوم قرار گرفت و شهرستان‌های دلفان و دوره به ترتیب با شاخص‌های شباهت 284/0 و 283/0 در جایگاه نهم و دهم قرار گرفتند.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">بحث و نتیجه&nbsp;</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&shy;</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">گیری:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">با توجه به آنالیزهای انجام شده بیشترین ضعف در سطح استان به ترتیب در خصوص شاخص‌های سرانه دکتر داروساز، سرانه مراکز پرتونگاری، سرانه مراکز بهداشتی و درمانی شهری، سرانه تخت فعال و همچنین درصد روستاهای دارای خانه بهداشت مشاهده شده است.</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>Background:</em></strong> In spite of the great importance of health and health services, the imbalance in distribution of such services has always been one of the main problems of planners. This research was carried out with the aim of ranking and comparing health and health services in cities in Lorestan province.<br> <strong><em>Materials and Methods:</em></strong> Data was collected from books and documents, and from experts in the field of health and health services. To do this, 18 indicators of health and related services were selected, and ranked utilizing the fuzzy TOPSIS method.<br> <strong><em>Results:</em></strong> Results showed that there were significant differences among the cities under investigation, in terms of health services. Khorramabad ranked first for similarity index&nbsp; and Boroujerd ranked second (similarity index= 0.466).
