fa طراحی مدل اخلاق حرفه ای در پزشکان: مدل دلفی مدارک پزشکی مدارک پزشکی پژوهشي اصیل Original Research <table align="right" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" dir="rtl" style="width:594px;border-collapse:collapse;margin-left:6.75pt;margin-right:6.75pt;" width="594"> <tbody> <tr style="page-break-inside:avoid;height:22px;"> <td style="width:594px;padding:0cm 5.4pt 0cm 5.4pt;height:22px;vertical-align:top;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مقدمه</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: &nbsp;&nbsp;اخلاق حرفه &shy;ای پزشکی، نظامی ساختارمند جهت حل مسائل اخلاقی و ارائه راهکارهای مناسب در حیطه پزشکی است.</span></span> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">هدف این پژوهش طراحی الگوی اخلاق حرفه &shy;ای در پزشکان بود.</span></span> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافتن مولفه &shy;های موثر در اخلاق حرفه&shy; ای با رویکرد کیفی انجام پذیرفت که در آن چارچوبی از پیش تعیین شده مانند نظریه یا مدل وجود نداشت و این چارچوب براساس داده&shy; های گرد</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">آ</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">وری شده طراحی شد.</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span></td> </tr> <tr style="page-break-inside:avoid;height:22px;"> <td style="width:594px;padding:0cm 5.4pt 0cm 5.4pt;height:22px;vertical-align:top;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مواد و روش &shy;ها: </span></span>&nbsp;<span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">برای انجام این پژوهش، ابتدا از طریق مطالعه سوابق پژوهش &shy;های پیشین شناخت نسبتا جامعی از ادبیات موجود در این زمینه حاصل شد</span></span> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">و بر همین اساس نیز فهرستی مقدماتی از عوامل منابع انسانی اثرگذار بر مولفه&shy; های اخلاق حرفه &shy;ای با روش دلفی تکمیل و نهایی شد. بدین منظور 14 نفر از خبرگان اخلاق حرفه &shy;&shy;ای به عنوان گروه خبره با استفاده از روش نمونه&shy; گیری غیراحتمالی و ترکیبی از روش&shy; های هدف&shy;دار یا قضاوتی و زنجی</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">ر</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">ه&shy;ای برگزیده شدند.</span></span> <span dir="LTR"></span></td> </tr> <tr style="page-break-inside:avoid;height:22px;"> <td style="width:594px;padding:0cm 5.4pt 0cm 5.4pt;height:22px;vertical-align:top;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته&shy; ها: </span></span>&nbsp;<span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته &shy;ها با استفاده از روش پژوهش کیفی و مدل دلفی تحلیل شدند. یافته&shy; های به دست آمده حاصل از این پژهش به شناسایی 11 مولفه شامل وظیفه شناسی، تعالی شغلی، درستی و شرافت، احترام به دیگران، نوع دوستی، تعهد به عدالت اجتماعی، مدیریت زمان، هوش هیجانی، رازداری، دانش اخلاقی و حساسیت اخلاقی منتهی شد. از بین این مولفه &shy;ها، مولفه&shy; های مدیریت زمان، هوش هیجانی، دانش اخلاقی و حساسیت اخلاقی دستاورد نوین این پژوهش می &shy;باشند. همچنین شاخص جدیدی به مولفه رازداری، یعنی الکترونیک شدن پرونده&shy; های بیماران افزوده شد.</span></span><br> <span dir="RTL" style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">بحث و نتیجه&shy; گیری:</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> &nbsp;نتایج این مطالعه می &shy;تواند الگویی اخلاقی برای وزارت بهداشت و سایر نهادهایی که اخلاق حرفه ای بخشی از گستره وظایف آن&shy;هاست مفید باشد.</span></span></span></span></td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <div style="clear:both;"></div><br> <div style="clear:both;"></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>Background </em></strong><strong>:</strong> Medical professional ethics is a structured discipline to address ethical issues and provide appropriate medical solutions. The purpose of this study was to design a professional ethics model for physicians. Finding effective components in professional ethics was carried out with a qualitative approach, in which there was no predetermined framework, such as a theory or model, and this framework was designed based on aggregated data.<br> <strong><em>Materials and Methods:</em></strong> To do this research, firstly, through the study of previous research, a relatively comprehensive understanding of the literature in this field was obtained. And on this basis, a preliminary list of human resource factors influencing the components of professional ethics with the Delphi method was completed and finalized. For this purpose, 14 professional ethics experts were selected as an expert group using non-instantial sampling and a combination of targeted or judgmental and sequential methods.<br> <strong><em>Results:</em></strong> The findings were analyzed using qualitative research methods and the Delphi model.&nbsp; The findings of this study reveal 11 key components, namely, conscientiousness, professional excellence, integrity and dignity, respect for others, friendship, commitment to social justice, time management, emotional intelligence, secrecy, moral knowledge and ethical sensitivity. Among these components, the importance of time management components, emotional intelligence, ethical knowledge and moral sensitivity were revealed in this research.
