other طراحی و اعتباریابی مدل اخلاق حرفه‌ای دانشجویان پزشکی (مطالعه موردی: دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی لرستان) Designing and Validating the Model of Medical Ethics in Medical Students (Case Study: Medical Students of Lorestan University of Medical Sciences) روانشناسی روانشناسی پژوهشي اصیل Original Research <table align="center" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" dir="rtl" style="width:604px;border-collapse:collapse;" width="604"> <tbody> <tr style="page-break-inside:avoid;height:1px;"> <td style="width: 604px; padding: 0cm 5.4pt; height: 1px; vertical-align: top; text-align: justify;">مقدمه: اخلاق حرفه ای پزشکی، نظامی ساختارمند جهت حل مسائل اخلاقی و ارائه راهکارهای مناسب در حیطه پزشکی است. هدف این پژوهش طراحی و آزمون الگوی اخلاق حرفه ای در پزشکان بود.</td> </tr> <tr style="page-break-inside:avoid;height:1px;"> <td style="width: 604px; padding: 0cm 5.4pt; height: 1px; vertical-align: top; text-align: justify;">مواد و روش ها: در این پژوهش، با مطالعه پژوهش های پیشین فهرستی مقدماتی از عوامل منابع انسانی اثرگذار بر مؤلفه‌های اخلاق حرفه ای با روش دلفی تکمیل و نهایی شد. بدین منظور 14 نفر از خبرگان اخلاق حرفه ای به عنوان گروه خبره با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری غیراحتمالی و ترکیبی از روشهای هدفدار یا قضاوتی و زنجیرهای برگزیده شدند. در این الگو، مؤلفه‌ها به عنوان متغیرهای مکنون (پنهان) در نظر گرفته شدند که توسط شاخص‌ های مربوطه (متغیرهای آشکار) سنجش شدند و بر اساس مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری تأثیرشان بر اخلاق حرفه‌ای دانشجویان تعیین گردید. قبل از برازش مدل، با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSSV22، مفروضه نرمال بودن توزیع داده‌ها با آزمون ناپارامتری کولموگروف- اسمیرنف مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.</td> </tr> <tr style="page-break-inside:avoid;height:1px;"> <td style="width: 604px; padding: 0cm 5.4pt; height: 1px; vertical-align: top; text-align: justify;">یافته ها: یافته ها با استفاده از روش پژوهش کیفی و مدل دلفی تحلیل شدند. یافته های به دست آمده حاصل از این پژوهش به شناسایی 11 مؤلفه شامل وظیفه‌شناسی، تعالی شغلی، درستی و شرافت، احترام به دیگران، نوع‌دوستی، تعهد به عدالت اجتماعی، مدیریت زمان، هوش هیجانی، رازداری، دانش اخلاقی و حساسیت اخلاقی منتهی شد. از بین این مؤلفه‌ها، مؤلفه‌های مدیریت زمان، هوش هیجانی، دانش اخلاقی و حساسیت اخلاقی دستاورد نوین این پژوهش می باشند. همچنین شاخص جدیدی به مؤلفه رازداری، یعنی الکترونیک شدن پرونده های بیماران افزوده شد.</td> </tr> <tr style="page-break-inside:avoid;height:1px;"> <td style="width: 604px; padding: 0cm 5.4pt; height: 1px; vertical-align: top; text-align: justify;">بحث و نتیجه گیری:  برازش مناسب مدل پیشنهادی پژوهش حاضر می‌تواند در تدوین الگوهای اخلاقی و برنامه‌های ملی در سطح وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی مفید واقع شود.</td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <div style="clear:both;"></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: Medical professional ethics is a structured system for solving ethical issues and providing appropriate solutions in the medical field. The purpose of this study was to design and test the pattern of professional ethics in physicians. Materials and Methods: Reviewing previous studies, the researchers completed and finalized a preliminary list of human resources factors affecting professional ethics components using the Delphi method. For this purpose, 14 professional ethics experts were selected as the expert group using the non-probability sampling method and a combination of purposeful or judgmental and chain methods. In this model, the components were considered as (latent) variables that were measured by relevant indicators (explicit variables) and determined based on structural equation modeling of their impacts on students' professional ethics. Before fitting the model, using SPSSV22 statistical software, the assumption of the normality of data distribution was evaluated by the Kolmogorov-Smirnov nonparametric test. Results: The findings were analyzed using a qualitative research method and the Delphi model. The findings of this study led to the identification of 11 components, including conscientiousness, job excellence, integrity and dignity, respect for others, kindness, commitment to social justice, time management, emotional intelligence, confidentiality, ethical knowledge, and moral sensitivity. Among these, time management, emotional intelligence, ethical knowledge and ethical sensitivity are the new achievements of this research. A new index was added to the privacy component, namely electronic patient records.
