fa بررسی رشد پس از سانحه در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان گوارشی و ارتباط آن با حمایت اجتماعی و امید Post-Traumatic Growth among Patients with Gastrointestinal Cancer and Its Association with Social Support and Hope روانشناسی روانشناسی پژوهشي اصیل Original Research <table align="right" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" dir="rtl" style="width:595px;border-collapse:collapse;margin-left:6.75pt;margin-right:6.75pt;" width="596"> <tbody> <tr style="page-break-inside:avoid;height:1px;"> <td style="width: 595px; padding: 0in 5.4pt; height: 1px; vertical-align: top; text-align: justify;">مقدمه: تشخیص سرطان تجربهای ناخوشایند است. اما بیماران ممکن است تجربیات مثبتی نیز داشته باشند که به آن رشد پس از سانحه میگویند. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین میزان رشد پس از سانحه در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان و ارتباط آن با امید و حمایت اجتماعی انجام شد.</td> </tr> <tr style="page-break-inside:avoid;height:1px;"> <td style="width: 595px; padding: 0in 5.4pt; height: 1px; vertical-align: top; text-align: justify;">مواد و روش ها: مـطالعه حاضر یک مـطالعه توصیفی همبستگی است. جامعه پژوهش شامل کلیه بیماران بزرگسال مبتلا به سرطان گوارشی مراجعه کننده به مراکز درمانی وابسته به علوم پزشکی شیراز بود. نمونه پژوهش شامل 112 بیمار مبتلا به سرطان گوارشی بودند که در ماه های اردیبهشت تا مرداد 1397 به مراکز درمانی انکولوژی امیر، درمانگاه شهید مطهری و درمانگاه امام رضا (ع) مراجعه نمودند و به روش در دسترس انتخاب شدند. داده ها با چهار پرسشنامه خصوصیات دموگرافیک، مقیاس رشد پس از سانحه، پرسشنامه حمایت اجتماعی و مقیاس امید میلر جمع آوری شدند. تحلیل داده ها با نرم افزارSPSS 23  و با استفاده از آمـار استنباطی شامل آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، تی مستقل، تحلیل واریانس یک طرفه و مدل رگرسیون خطی و در مواردی که متغیرها از توزیع نرمان برخوردار نبودند، از معادل ناپارامتری آزمون های فوق انجام شد.</td> </tr> <tr style="page-break-inside:avoid;height:1px;"> <td style="width: 595px; padding: 0in 5.4pt; height: 1px; vertical-align: top; text-align: justify;">یافته ها: میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره رشد پس از سانحه 64/15±37/81 بود. میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره امید و حمایت اجتماعی نیز به ترتیب 92/24±20/195 و 73/11±39/97 بود. رشد پس از سانحه ارتباط مستقیم و معناداری با حمایت اجتماعی (636/0=r) و امید (687/0=r) داشت (001/0>p). امید (613/0=ß) نسبت به حمایت اجتماعی (192/0=ß) تأثیر بیشتری بر رشد پس از سانحه داشت.</td> </tr> <tr style="page-break-inside:avoid;height:1px;"> <td style="width: 595px; padding: 0in 5.4pt; height: 1px; vertical-align: top; text-align: justify;">بحث و نتیجه گیری: بیماران مبتلا به سرطان، از رشد پس از سانحه در سطح خوب برخوردار بودند. با توجه به ارتباط رشد پس از سانحه با حمایت اجتماعی و امید، ارائه دهندگان خدمات سلامت میتوانند با القای امید و فراهم نمودن حمایت اجتماعی به بیماران مبتلا به سرطان کمک کنند.</td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <div style="text-align: justify;"></div><div style="clear:both;"></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: Diagnosis of cancer is a traumatic experience. But cancer patients may have some positive experiences that are called post traumatic growth (PTG). The aim of this study was to determine the rate of post-traumatic growth in cancer patients and its relationship with social support and hope. Materials and Methods: The present descriptive correlational study was conducted during May-August 2018 in Shiraz, Iran. Population included of 112 all adult patients with gastrointestinal cancer who referred to medical centers affiliated to Shiraz University of Medical Sciences. Data collection instruments included a demographic information form, post-traumatic growth inventory, social support appraisals scale, and Miller hope scale. The data were analyzed by SPSS software (version 23.0). P<0.05 was considered statistically significant. Analytical data were analyzed using the Pearson correlation coefficient, sample t test, one-way analysis of variance independent and multiple regression analysis. In the case of non-normal distribution, the equivalent nonparametric analysis was used. Results: The mean score (SD (for PTG was 81.37)15.64(which is considered as high level. The mean score (SD) for hope, and SS was 195.20 (24.92), and 97.39 (11.37), respectively. A significant positive correlation was found between PTG and both hope (r=0.687, P˂0.05) and SS (r=0.636, P˂0.05). The results of the multiple regression analysis showed a significant relationship between PTG, SS, and hope (P˂0.05). According to multiple regression analysis hope had a higher effect on PTG (ẞ=0.613) compared to SS (ẞ=0.192). Conclusion: The results showed a good level of PTG among the cancer patients.
