fa ویروس های نوظهور و بازپدید Emerging and emerging viruses ویروس شناسی مروری یا خلاصه سیاستی Review article / Policy brief <table align="right" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" dir="rtl" style="width:595px;border-collapse:collapse;margin-left:6.75pt;margin-right:6.75pt;" width="596"> <tbody> <tr style="page-break-inside:avoid;height:1px;"> <td style="width: 595px; padding: 0in 5.4pt; height: 1px; vertical-align: top; text-align: justify;">مقدمه:  در قرن بیست و یکم، جهان با چندین همه گیری ویروسی نوظهور مواجه شده است. این ویروس ها به 2 دسته تقسیم می شوند: ویروس های نوظهور و ویروس های بازپدید. عواملی همچون تغییرات آب و هوایی، گرم شدن زمین، برخی از عادات تغذیه ای اثرات جبران ناپذیری را بر اکوسیستم های انسانی، حیوانی، زیست محیطی خواهند داشت. این بیماری های عفونی در حال ظهور یا بازپدید تاثیرات بسزایی بر اقتصاد و سلامت جهان دارند. اوج بروز این نوع بیماری های عفونی برای اولین بار در (دهه 1980) با یک بیماری اپیدمی ویروسی بنام HIV آغاز شد که این ویروس های نوظهور یا بازپدید علاوه بر انسان، دام ها را نیز تحت تاثیر قرار دادند. شواهدی وجود دارد که این ویروس های نوظهور یا بازپدید تاثیر گرفته از محیط و شیوه تغذیه انسان، ناشی از فرهنگ های اقلیمی می باشند. در نتیجه می توانیم زمینه شناسایی مناطقی که کانون این بیماری های ویروس نوظهور یا در حال دوباره پدید هستند را بررسی کنیم. در این مقاله ی مروری، تلاش بر این بوده است که با بررسی این ویروس های همه گیر، نوظهور یا بازپدید منابع جهانی را برای شناسایی و مقابله با این ویروس ها و آمادگی لازم را برای برخورد با این بیماری های ویروسی گاهاً کشنده را داشته باشیم که ممکن است در آینده ای نزدیک با این نوع عفونت های ویروسی دچار جهش و دوباره پدیدار شده مواجه شویم. برای این کار مروری از کلید واژگانی از جمله COVID-19 ، Coronavirus،SARS-COV2 ، Influenza Virus (H1N1)، Zika Virus، HIV1 Virus، Hanta Virus، Ebola، Influenza (H5N1)، Nipah، Hendra، West Nile Fever، SARS-COV-1، MERS-COV، در پایگاه های اطلاعاتیPubMed ،Scopus ، Google Scholar، و دیگر پایگا ه های معتبر گردآوری شد.</td> </tr> <tr style="page-break-inside:avoid;height:1px;"> <td style="width: 595px; padding: 0in 5.4pt; height: 1px; vertical-align: top; text-align: justify;"></td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <div style="text-align: justify;"></div> <table align="right" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" dir="rtl" style="width:595px;border-collapse:collapse;margin-left:6.75pt;margin-right:6.75pt;" width="596"> </table> <div style="clear:both;"></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: In the 21st century, the world has been facing several emerging viral epidemics. These viruses are divided into two categories, including emerging viruses and re-emerging viruses. Factors, such as climate change, global warming, and some eating habits will have irreversible effects on human, animal, and environmental ecosystems. These emerging or re-emerging infectious diseases have significant effects on the world economy and health. The peak of this type of infectious disease appeared in the 1980s with a viral epidemic called human immunodeficiency viruses (HIV). These emerging or recurring viruses have affected both livestock and humans. There is evidence that these emerging or re-emerging viruses, influenced by the environment and the human diet are also affected by climatic cultures. Therefore, it would be possible to identify the center areas for the emergence or re-emergence of these viral diseases. In this review article, it has been attempted to identify world resources and the way we should be prepared for a confrontation with these deadly viruses through the study of these epidemics, emerging, and re-emerging viruses, since the mutated viral infections may emerge and re-emerge in the near future.
