fa ارزیابی آمادگیِ ‌پاسخ بیمارستان‌های دانشگاهی خرم‌آباد در اپیدمی کووید ‌19 بر‌اساس چک -لیست WHO-EMRO Assessing Readiness ‌of Khorramabad University Hospitals to Respond to COVID--19 Epidemic based‌ on WHO-EMRO Checklist دارو سازی پژوهشي اصیل Original Research <table align="right" class="Table" dir="rtl" style="width:596px; border-collapse:collapse; margin-left:9px; margin-right:9px" width="596"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="width: 596px; padding: 0in 7px; height: 1px; text-align: justify;" valign="top">مقدمه: شیوع و همه گیری کووید-19 به عنوان یک بیماری نوپدید، بسیاری از دستاوردهای سلامت را به چالش طلبید. در بیمارستانها به عنوان محور فعالیتهای مدیریت بحران، تدوین برنامه آمادگی بحران بسیار حیاتی است. در این مطالعه به ارزیابی آمادگیِ پاسخ بیمارستانهای شهر خرم آباد در بحران کووید-19 پرداخته شد. مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه یک پژوهش توصیفی کاربردی بوده که به صورت مقطعی در تابستان سال1400 در دو مرحله انجام گرفت.در مرحله اول وضعیت 3 بیمارستان دانشگاهی خرم آباد بر اساس چک لیست WHO-EMRO ارزیابی آمادگیِ پاسخ بیمارستان برای مقابله با بیماری کووید انجام شد. داده ها پس از ثبت در Excel، تحلیل شدند. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده، نقاط ضعف هر بیمارستان استخراج و از طریق پانل مدیریتی و مصاحبه های انفرادی بررسی و در نهایت راهکارهای اجرایی ارائه شدند. یافتهها: بیمارستان"الف" از نظر حیطه های منابع انسانی، شناسایی سریع و کنترل عفونت دارای آمادگی نسبی بوده؛ بیمارستان "ب" در حیطه های تداوم ارائه خدمات، شناسایی سریع، ایزولاسیون و مدیریت بیماران آمادگی نسبی داشت؛ بیمارستان "ج" نیز در حیطه های اطلاعات، منابع انسانی، شناسایی سریع و کنترل عفونت آمادگی نسبی داشت؛ در سایر حیطه ها دارای آمادگی کامل بودند. دو بیمارستان "ب و ج" در سطح آمادگی کامل و بیمارستان "الف" در مرز آمادگی کامل و میزان آمادگی کلی با 81 درصد، در سطح مطلوب برآورد شد. بحث و نتیجه گیری: با توجه به آمادگی مطلوب بیمارستانهای شهر خرم آباد در مقابله با بحران اپیدمی کووید-19، بایستی برای مواجهه با بحرانهای آینده به آموزش و تخصیص نیروی انسانی کافی، تخصیص بودجه به برنامه های آمادگی بحران، طراحی زنجیره تامین استاندارد و ارزیابی برنامه های مدیریت بحران توجه بیشتری شود.</td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: The spread and epidemic of COVID-19, as a new disease, challenged many health achievements. In hospitals, as the center of crisis management activities, it is very important to develop a crisis preparedness plan. In this study, the response-readiness of Khorram Abad hospitals in the crisis of COVID-19 was discussed. Materials and Methods: This study is a descriptive and applied research that was conducted cross-sectionally in the summer of 1400 in two stages. In the first stage, the condition of 3 Khorram Abad University Hospitals was based on a checklist WHO-EMRO evaluation of the hospital's response readiness to deal with the covid disease was done. The data were analyzed after being recorded in Excel. Based on the obtained results, the weak points of each hospital were extracted and examined through the management panel and individual interviews, and finally implementation solutions were presented. Results: Hospital "A" is relatively prepared in terms of human resources, rapid identification and infection control; Hospital "B" was relatively prepared in the fields of continuity of services, rapid identification, isolation and management of patients; Hospital "C" was also relatively prepared in the fields of information, human resources, rapid identification and infection control; They were fully prepared in other areas. Two hospitals "B and C" are at the level of full readiness and hospital "A" is at the border of full readiness and the overall level of readiness with 81% was estimated at the optimal level. Conclusion: Considering the optimal preparation of Khorram Abad hospitals in dealing with the crisis of the COVID-19 epidemic, it is necessary to train and allocate sufficient manpower to face future crises, and allocate budget to the program.
