fa بررسی ارتباط عوامل اجتماعی-اقتصادی تأثیرگذار بر دسترسی و توانایی مالی پرداخت هزینه‌های نسخ دارویی بیماران مبتلا سرطان دارو سازی <table align="right" class="Table" dir="rtl" style="width:596px; border-collapse:collapse; margin-left:9px; margin-right:9px" width="596"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="width: 596px; padding: 0in 7px; height: 1px; text-align: justify;" valign="top"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><strong><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">مقدمه:</span>&nbsp;</span></strong><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">سرطان همواره از مهم‌ترین عوامل مرگ‌ومیر بیماران بوده است و تأمین داروهای ارزان و دارای اثربخشی مناسب و در دسترس بیماران از مهم‌ترین اهداف نظام‌های سلامت بوده است بنابراین در این مطالعه شناسایی مهم‌ترین عوامل تأثیرگذار بر میزان در دسترس بودن داروهای ارزان و دارای توان مالی پرداخت برای بیماران در داروخانه‌های شهر خرم‌آباد هدف‌گذاری شد.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><strong><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">مواد و روش &shy;ها:</span></span></strong> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی است که به‌ صورت مقطعی در سال &nbsp;۱۴۰۱ انجام شد. در این مطالعه داروخانه‌ها به‌ عنوان خوشه در نظر گرفته‌ شده و سپس 96 نسخه بیماران مبتلا به سرطان مراجعه‌کننده به داروخانه‌های سطح شهر خرم‌آباد که به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب‌شده بودند موردبررسی قرار گرفت. آنالیز داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">SPSS</span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt"> نسخه 21 انجام گرفت.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt"><strong>یافته&shy; ها:</strong> </span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که ازنظر دسترسی به دارو بیش از نیمی از بیماران رضایت قابل قبولی از موجود بودن داروهای نسخ آن‌ها در داروخانه‌ها داشتند اما با توجه به درآمد و وضعیت اقتصادی آن‌ها توان مالی پرداخت هزینه‌های دارویی را نداشتند. همچنین مهم‌ترین عامل اجتماعی-اقتصادی مؤثر بر دسترسی و توان مالی پرداخت هزینه‌های نسخ دارویی سطح درآمد افراد بوده است هرچند در گروه‌های با درآمد نسبتاً بالا توانایی مالی پرداخت هزینه‌های دارویی نسبتاً پایین بود.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><strong><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">بحث و نتیجه &shy;گیری:</span></span></strong> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">با توجه به آنکه بسیاری از درامد خانوارها صرف سایر هزینه‌های غیر از نظام سلامت و همچنین غیر دارویی می‌گردد بنابراین جهت افزایش بهره‌وری سیاست‌گذاری‌های سلامت دولت باید یارانه‌های لازم را به دارو اختصاص داده و یا آنکه پوشش بیمه‌ای این داروها را افزایش دهد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:17pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><i><span style="font-size:13.0pt">Background:</span></i></b> <span style="font-size:12.0pt">Cancer is always one of the major causes of death among patients, and providing affordable and effective medicines that are accessible to patients is one of the most important goals of health systems. Therefore, this study aimed to identify the key factors affecting the availability of medicines and the cancer patients&rsquo; affordability in pharmacies in Khorramabad, Iran.</span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt"></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:17pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><i><span style="font-size:13.0pt">Materials and Methods:</span></i></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"> This is cross-sectional descriptive-analytic study in 2022, In this study, pharmacies were considered as clusters, and then 96 prescriptions of cancer patients visiting pharmacies in the urban areas of Khorramabad were simple randomly selected for examination., data analysis was performed using SPSS software (version 21).</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:17pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><i><span style="font-size:13.0pt">Results:</span></i></b> <span style="font-size:12.0pt">The results of this study showed that more than half of the patients were reasonably satisfied with the availability of their prescribed medications in pharmacies. However, due to their income and economic situation, they were unable to afford the cost of medications. The most important socio-economic factor affecting access and financial ability to pay for prescribed medicines was the individuals&rsquo; level of income.
