fa اثرات تزریق سلول‌های استرومال عروقی اتولوگ بر جوان‌سازی پوست ناحیه اطراف چشم چشم چشم پژوهشي اصیل Original Research <table align="right" class="Table" dir="rtl" style="width:596px; border-collapse:collapse; margin-left:9px; margin-right:9px" width="596"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="width: 596px; padding: 0in 7px; height: 1px; text-align: justify;" valign="top"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><strong><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">مقدمه:</span></span></strong> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">مطالعات بسیاری نشان داده‌اند که تزریق سلول استرومال عروقی می‌تواند سبب ترمیم پوست گردد؛ در عین حال اطلاعات محدودی درباره اثرات تزریق سلول استرومال عروقی بر بهبود پیری دور چشم وجود دارد. بر این اساس، مطالعه حاضر به بررسی اثرات تزریق سلول استرومای عروقی بافت چربی اتولوگ بر درمان پیری دور چشم پرداخته است.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><strong><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">مواد و روش &shy;ها:</span></span></strong> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt">طی این تحقیق کارآزمایی بالینی بر روی افراد میانسال دارای پیری دور چشم، تزریق سلول‌ها به صورت زیرجلدی انجام شد، سنجش داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt">SPSS 25</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> برآورد گردید و از روش آزمون آماری </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt">t-test </span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt">&nbsp;و </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt">ANOVA</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد.<span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt"></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt"><strong>یافته &shy;ها:</strong> </span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که تزریق سلول‌های استرومال عروقی به طور معناداری موجب کاهش حجم و مساحت چین و چروک‌های اطراف چشم می‌شود (05/0 </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">p<</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">). همچنین، سنین ۴۴ و ۴۵ بیشترین میزان بهبود در علائم پیری چشم را در مقایسه با سایر سنین داشته‌اند.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><strong><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">بحث و نتیجه &shy;گیری:</span></span></strong> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">به طور کلی، می‌توان نتیجه‌گیری کرد که تزریق سلول‌های استرومال عروقی تأثیر قابل‌توجهی در ترمیم و بهبود علائم پیری در ناحیه اطراف چشم دارد. این روش همچنین پتانسیل تبدیل شدن به یک رویکرد بالینی و درمانی مؤثر برای ترمیم پوست و کاهش چین‌وچروک‌های اطراف چشم را نشان می‌دهد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <pre style="text-align: justify;"> <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:17pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><i><span style="font-size:13.0pt">Background:</span></i></b> <span style="font-size:12.0pt">Many studies have shown that vascular stromal cell injection can lead to skin repair;</span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt">however, there is limited information about the effects of vascular stromal cell injection on the improvement of peri-ocular aging.</span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt">Based on this, the present study investigated the effects of vascular stromal cell injection of autologous adipose tissue on the treatment of aging around the eyes.</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:17pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><i><span style="font-size:13.0pt">Materials and Methods:</span></i></b> <span style="font-size:12.0pt">In this clinical trial, cells were injected subcutaneously into middle-aged people with aging around the eyes. Data were analyzed in SPSS 25 software using t-test and ANOVA.</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:17pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><i><span style="font-size:13.0pt">Results:</span></i></b> <span style="font-size:12.0pt">The results of this study indicated that the injection of vascular stromal cells significantly reduced the volume and area of wrinkles around the eyes</span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt">(P<0.05). Furthermore, individuals aged 44 and 45 showed the greatest improvement in signs of eye aging compared to other age groups.</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:17pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><i><span style="font-size:13.0pt">Conclusion:</span></i></b> <span style="font-size:12.0pt">In conclusion, it can be stated that the injection of vascular stromal cells has a significant impact on the repair and improvement of aging signs in the periocular area.
