fa بحران کمبود پزشک متخصص بیهوشی شاغل در بیمارستانهای دولتی استان لرستان: یک خلاصه سیاستی جراحی جراحی <table align="right" class="Table" dir="rtl" style="width:596px; border-collapse:collapse; margin-left:10px; margin-right:10px" width="744"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="width: 744px; padding: 0in 7px; height: 1px; text-align: justify;" valign="top"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">مقدمه:</span></span> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt">پزشکان متخصص بیهوشی، نقش حیاتی در اجرای ایمن و مؤثر اعمال جراحی، مراقبت‌های ویژه، احیای قلبی ریوی و مدیریت درد دارند. بااین‌حال، کمبود فزاینده پزشکان متخصص بیهوشی در استان‌های کم‌برخوردار مانند لرستان، به یک بحران پنهان اما جدی در نظام سلامت عمومی تبدیل شده است. بر اساس داده‌های رسمی سامانه HRMIS وزارت بهداشت، نسبت پزشک متخصص بیهوشی در لرستان کمتر از </span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt">5/1</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"> نفر به ازای هر </span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt">100 هزار</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"> نفر جمعیت است، که به‌طور معناداری پایین‌تر از میانگین کشوری (</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt">2/3</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"> نفر در هر </span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt">۱۰۰</span> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt">هزار نفر) است ریشه‌های این بحران، فراتر از صرف کمبود نیرو بوده و ناشی از مجموعه‌ای از عوامل ساختاری، اقتصادی و نهادی است. بدون مداخلات سیاستی چندلایه و هماهنگ، این روند نه‌ تنها متوقف نخواهد شد، بلکه تشدید خواهد شد و پیامدهای سنگینی بر کیفیت خدمات درمانی و رضایت بیماران به‌جا خواهد گذاشت ازجمله این مداخلات سیاستی می‌توان به افزایش پرداخت‌ها و مشوق‌های مالی ویژه مناطق محروم و تعهد خدمت تخصصی با اولویت برمی‌گزینی، انعقاد قراردادهای منعطف با متخصصان شاغل در بخش خصوصی، اعطای بسته‌های مشوق غیرمالی و امتیازات حمایتی اجتماعی اشاره کرد که&nbsp; می‌تواند اثربخشی قابل‌توجهی داشته باشد.</span></span></span></span></span></td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><i><span style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">Background:</span></span></i></b> Anesthesiologists play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective performance of surgical procedures, critical care, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and pain management. However, the growing shortage of anesthesiologists in underserved provinces such as Lorestan has evolved into a hidden yet serious crisis within the public health system. According to official data from the Ministry of Health&rsquo;s HRMIS system, the ratio of anesthesiologists in Lorestan is less than 1/5 per 100,000 population, significantly below the national average of 3/2 per 100,000. The roots of this crisis extend beyond a mere shortage of personnel and stem from a combination of structural, economic, and institutional factors. Without multilayered and coordinated policy interventions, this trend will not only persist but intensify, leading to severe consequences for the quality of healthcare services and patient satisfaction.
