fa توسعه زنجیره ارزش گیاهان دارویی در استان لرستان: از حفاظت منابع طبیعی تا صنایع فرآوری و صادرات: یک خلاصه سیاستی دارو سازی پژوهشي اصیل Original Research <table align="right" class="Table" dir="rtl" style="width:596px; border-collapse:collapse; margin-left:10px; margin-right:10px" width="744"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="width: 744px; padding: 0in 7px; height: 1px; text-align: justify;" valign="top"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">مقدمه:</span></span></b><b> </b><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">استان لرستان با برخورداری از شرایط اقلیمی و آب و هوایی ویژه و خاص و تنوع زیستی غنی، یکی از مهم‌ترین رویشگاه‌های گیاهان دارویی در کشور ایران به شمار می‌رود. تاکنون بیش از ۱۷۰۰ گونه گیاهی در این استان شناسایی شده است. با وجود چنین پتانسیل ارزشمندی، ضعف در حفاظت از رویشگاه‌های طبیعی، محدود بودن کشت پایدار در مقیاس تجاری، فقدان صنایع فرآوری و بسته‌بندی مدرن و کمبود بازاریابی و صادرات هدفمند موجب شده سهم واقعی این استان از بازار ملی و جهانی گیاهان دارویی بسیار اندک باشد. این خلاصه سیاستی تأکید می‌کند که توسعه زنجیره ارزش گیاهان دارویی در لرستان، از حفاظت و کشت پایدار تا فرآوری، برندینگ و صادرات، بهترین مداخله برای ایجاد اشتغال پایدار، افزایش درآمد ارزی، حفظ منابع طبیعی و ارتقای جایگاه استان است. سیاست‌گذاران باید با اتخاذ رویکردی جامع و هماهنگ، سرمایه‌گذاری در صنایع فرآوری، حمایت از کشاورزان و ایجاد برند منطقه‌ای را در اولویت قرار دهند تا لرستان به قطب گیاهان دارویی کشور و منطقه تبدیل گردد.</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></span></span></td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:17pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><i><span style="font-size:13.0pt">Background:</span></i></b> <span style="font-size:12.0pt">Owing to its extraordinary biodiversity and distinct climate conditions, Lorestan is one of the most important habitats of medicinal plants in Iran. Up to the present, more than 1700 species of plants have been recorded in the province. It is worth noting, however, that the weak protection of natural habitats and the lack of sustained commercial sustainable policies, combined with the absence of modern industries for processing and packaging, developed marketing strategies, and targeted exporting, have all largely contributed to Lorestan province&rsquo;s underwhelming contribution to the national and international markets for medicinal plants. This policy brief under review considers the value chain of medicinal plants in Lorestan-from sustainable growing and conservation, to processing, branding, and export-as the most important avenue for fostering sustainable work opportunities, foreign revenue, resource conservation, and improving the province&rsquo;s image. Not only should all these goals be achieved, however, but the province&rsquo;s policymakers should take the lead using a targeted and collaborative strategy that balances investment in processing industries, farmer support, and regional branding and marketing.
