fa توسعه پرورش قارچ‌های دارویی در استان لرستان؛ تمرکز بر شیتاکه (Lentinula edodes): یک خلاصه سیاستی دارو سازی پژوهشي اصیل Original Research <table align="right" class="Table" dir="rtl" style="width:596px; border-collapse:collapse; margin-left:10px; margin-right:10px" width="744"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="width: 744px; padding: 0in 7px; height: 1px; text-align: justify;" valign="top"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><strong><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">مقدمه:</span></span></strong> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt">پرورش قارچ‌های دارویی به‌ویژه قارچ شیتاکه</span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt"> (<i>Lentinula edodes</i>) </span><span style="font-size:10.0pt">&nbsp;که یکی از ارزشمندترین و گرانترین گونه‌های قارچی جهان، است می‌تواند به‌عنوان یک فرصت راهبردی برای توسعه اقتصادی، ارتقای سلامت عمومی و گسترش صادرات غیرنفتی در استان لرستان حایز اهمیت باشد. این قارچ به دلیل خواص دارویی متعدد از جمله نقش مؤثر در درمان زگیل‌های تناسلی، تقویت سیستم ایمنی بدن، کاهش کلسترول، جایگاه ویژه ای در صنایع دارویی و مکمل‌های تغذیه‌ای در بازارهای جهانی دارد. علاوه بر این، شیتاکه به‌عنوان دومین قارچ پرمصرف دنیا، از قیمت بالایی برخوردار است و توسعه ی کشت آن می‌تواند به ایجاد ارزش افزوده چشمگیر برای کشاورزان و سرمایه‌گذاران در استان کم برخوردار لرستان منجر شود</span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt">.</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> استان لرستان با داشتن منابع طبیعی غنی همچون جنگل‌های بلوط، شرایط آب‌وهوایی مناسب و نیروی انسانی جوان و تحصیل‌کرده، ظرفیت‌های بالقوه‌ای برای تبدیل‌شدن به قطب پرورش قارچ‌های دارویی علی الخصوص شیتاکه را در کشور دارد. با این حال، نبود زیرساخت‌های حمایتی، ضعف در آموزش‌های تخصصی، فقدان زنجیره ارزش یکپارچه و محدودیت در بازاریابی و صادرات، از موانع اصلی توسعه این حوزه محسوب می‌شوند</span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt">.</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> بر این اساس، تدوین و اجرای یک بسته سیاستی جامع شامل حمایت مالی هدفمند، آموزش و فرهنگ‌سازی گسترده، و ایجاد زنجیره ارزش یکپارچه از تولید تا صادرات ضروری است. چنین مداخله‌ای نه‌تنها می‌تواند به اشتغال‌زایی و بهبود معیشت در استان لرستان کمک کند، بلکه در سطح ملی نیز با ارتقای سلامت عمومی، کاهش وابستگی به واردات داروهای پرهزینه و توسعه صادرات غیرنفتی همراه خواهد بود</span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt">.</span></span></span></span></span><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></span></span></span></td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The highly lucrative Shiitake mushroom, or Lentinula edodes, could be a new non-oil export for Lorestan province while also enhancing public health and economic productivity. Shiitake is a highly valued mushroom for its medicinal use, which includes treating genital warts, boosting the immune system, and lowering cholesterol. Because of the soft culturing Shiitake compared to others, America and other parts of the world, it is estimated to generate a moderate to high return for investors and farmers throughout Lorestan. The province of Lorestan is endowed with oak forests and a young and educated workforce, and boasts a rich climate, making it an auspicious contender for a national hub for Shiitake mushroom cultivation. As it stands, a myriad of challenges prevents Lorestan from gaining the cultivation center title, including lack of proper infrastructure and logistical support, sporadic and disconnected value chains, absence of strategic frameworks for focused marketing, and limited training and support programs. The considerable challenges that Lorestan poses could be diminished with the implementation of a comprehensive policy framework, whereby fiscal policies are fused with training programs, and improved value chains that cover the entire chain from production to export.
