fa ارتقا خودکارآمدی شیر دهی در مادران؛ یک خلاصه سیاستی زنان زنان <table align="right" class="Table" dir="rtl" style="width:596px; border-collapse:collapse; margin-left:10px; margin-right:10px" width="744"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="width: 744px; padding: 0in 7px; height: 1px; text-align: justify;" valign="top"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt"><strong>مقدمه</strong>:</span></span> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt">کاهش یا قطع زودهنگام شیردهی پیامدهای زیانباری برای سلامت مادر، کودک و جامعه به همراه دارد و هزینه‌های قابل‌توجهی را بر سیستم مراقبت‌های بهداشتی تحمیل می‌کند. یکی از عوامل مؤثر بر تداوم شیردهی، خودکارآمدی مادران در شیردهی است؛ عاملی که مطالعات مختلف به‌دنبال شناسایی راهکارهایی برای تقویت آن هستند. این مطالعه با هدف تدوین خلاصه سیاستی در جهت ارتقای خودکارآمدی شیردهی در مادران انجام شد. روش پژوهش به‌صورت مطالعه مروری طراحی گردید تا خط‌مشی‌های کلیدی لازم برای ارتقای خودکارآمدی شیردهی در عرصه سلامت جامعه شناسایی شود. در این راستا، از شواهد حاصل از مقالات پژوهشی، مرورهای نظام‌مند و راهنماهای بالینی معتبر برای تدوین سیاست‌ها استفاده شد. یافته‌ها در پنج طبقه اصلی دسته‌بندی شدند: چالش‌ها و موانع ارتقای خودکارآمدی شیردهی، مزایای افزایش خودکارآمدی، عوامل مؤثر و مرتبط با خودکارآمدی، سیاست‌ها و اقدامات موجود یا پیشنهادی، و پیامدهای عدم اجرای آن‌ها. نتایج نشان داد که ارتقای خودکارآمدی شیردهی نیازمند مداخلات چندسطحی و هماهنگی بین بخش‌های مختلف نظام سلامت است. در بخش بحث و نتیجه‌گیری تأکید شد که مدیریت و ارتقای خودکارآمدی شیردهی مستلزم رویکردی چندرشته‌ای است و برنامه‌ریزان و سیاست‌گذاران حوزه سلامت باید به تعامل و همکاری بین رشته‌ای، آموزش هدفمند، حمایت اجتماعی و توانمندسازی مادران توجه ویژه‌ای داشته باشند. اتخاذ چنین رویکردی می‌تواند موجب بهبود سلامت مادر و کودک و کاهش هزینه‌های نظام سلامت شود</span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt">.</span></span></span></span></span><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></span></span></span></td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:8.5pt"><span style="line-height:17pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><i><span style="font-size:13.0pt">Background: </span></i></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Early reduction or cessation of breastfeeding has detrimental effects on the health of mothers, infants, and society, while imposing substantial costs on the healthcare system. Maternal breastfeeding self-efficacy is a key factor influencing breastfeeding continuation, and numerous studies have sought strategies to enhance it. This study aimed to develop a policy brief to promote breastfeeding self-efficacy among mothers. The research was conducted as a review study to identify essential policies for enhancing maternal breastfeeding self-efficacy within the community health context. Evidence from research articles, systematic reviews, and validated clinical guidelines was utilized to formulate relevant policy recommendations. Findings were categorized into five main areas: challenges and barriers to enhancing breastfeeding self-efficacy, benefits of increased self-efficacy, factors influencing self-efficacy, existing and proposed policies and interventions, and consequences of policy non-implementation. The results indicated that improving breastfeeding self-efficacy requires multi-level interventions and coordination across different sectors of the health system. The discussion emphasized that managing and promoting maternal breastfeeding self-efficacy necessitates a multidisciplinary approach. Health planners and policymakers should consider cross-sectoral collaboration, targeted education, social support, and maternal empowerment when designing interventions.
