fa بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر تعامل آموزشی استاد–دانشجو از دیدگاه دانشجویان علوم پزشکی لرستان Examining Factors Affecting Student–Faculty Educational Interaction from the Perspective of Lorestan University of Medical Sciences Students سیاست گذاری سلامت سیاست گذاری سلامت پژوهشي اصیل Original Research <table align="right" class="Table" dir="rtl" style="width:596px; border-collapse:collapse; margin-left:10px; margin-right:10px" width="744"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="width: 744px; padding: 0in 7px; height: 1px; text-align: justify;" valign="top">مقدمه: تعامل آموزشی مؤثر میان استاد و دانشجو از ارکان اصلی موفقیت آموزشی در نظام آموزش عالی به‌ویژه در آموزش پزشکی است. هدف این پژوهش، تحلیل دیدگاه دانشجویان نسبت به تعامل آموزشی با اساتید و شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر آن در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی لرستان بود. مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه توصیفی–مقطعی در سال ۱۴۰۴ بر روی 307 دانشجو از دانشکده‌های مختلف دانشگاه علوم پزشکی لرستان انجام شد. داده‌ها از طریق پرسشنامه‌ای آنلاین شامل دو بخش اطلاعات دموگرافیک و ۱۹ گویه مربوط به تعامل آموزشی استاد–دانشجو گردآوری گردید. داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار Stata نسخه ۱۷ و آزمون‌های آماری مناسب تحلیل شدند. سطح معنی‌داری ۰5/0 در نظر گرفته شد. یافته ها: میانگین کل تعامل آموزشی استاد–دانشجو 39/0 ± 69/3 به ‌دست آمد که بیانگر سطح مطلوب تعامل از دیدگاه دانشجویان بود. بیشترین تأثیر مربوط به « اخلاق استاد » و « رعایت عدالت در برخورد با دانشجویان » بود و کمترین تأثیر مربوط به « جنسیت استاد » و « پایبندی استاد به اصول و اعتقادات مذهبی » بود. بین نمره تعامل و متغیرهای دموگرافیک تفاوت معنی‌داری مشاهده شد (05/0 < P). بحث و نتیجه گیری: یافته‌ها نشان داد مؤلفه‌های رفتاری و اخلاقی از دید دانشجویان بیش از سایر عوامل ساختاری و ارتباطی بر ادراک آنان از تعامل آموزشی اثرگذارند. با توجه به مقطعی بودن مطالعه، امکان استنباط علّی وجود ندارد؛ با این حال نتایج می‌تواند در شناسایی حوزه‌های مهم از نظر دانشجویان مفید باشد. بر این اساس، توجه به بهبود مهارت‌های ارتباطی و تقویت فرصت‌های تعامل می‌تواند در برنامه‌ریزی‌های آموزشی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.</td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <h3 style="text-align:justify">Background: Effective educational interaction between faculty and students is crucial for academic success in higher education, particularly in medical education. This study aimed to analyze students’ perspectives on educational interaction with faculty members and identify factors affecting these interactions at Lorestan University of Medical Sciences. Materials and Methods: This descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted in 2025 on 307 students from various faculties of Lorestan University of Medical Sciences. Data were collected through an online questionnaire that included two sections: demographic information and 19 items related to student–faculty educational interaction. The data were analyzed using Stata (version 17) and appropriate statistical tests. A significance level of 0.05 was considered. Results:  The overall mean score of student–faculty educational interaction was 3.69 ± 0.39, indicating a desirable level of interaction from the students’ perspective. The most influential factors were “faculty ethics” and “fair treatment of students,” while the least influential factors were “faculty gender” and “faculty adherence to religious principles and beliefs”. Significant differences were observed between interaction scores and demographic variables (p < 0.05). Conclusion: The findings indicated that behavioral and ethical components, from students’ perspectives, have a greater impact on their perception of educational interaction than structural or communication-related factors. Because of the study's cross-sectional design, it is not possible to draw causal conclusions; nonetheless, the findings still highlight areas that are important to students. Accordingly, focusing on improving communication skills and enhancing opportunities for interaction can be applied in educational planning.
