At the end of December 2019, the spread of a new infectious disease was reported in Wuhan, China, which was officially named Covid-19 by the World Health Organization (WHO). The epidemic not only causes high rates of death from viral infections, but also causes psychological catastrophe worldwide. Uncertainty and unpredictability of this disease has a high potential for psychological fear of disease transmission. To prevent further outbreaks of Quid-19 may be necessary due to vaccine shortages, non-pharmacological interventions, quarantine and social distancing, but the implementation of these health policies, despite the positive consequences, has had negative psychological effects on society. Fear of disease, fear of death, spreading false news and rumors, reducing social relations, threatens the health of people in society. It is not yet clear how much of an impact this will have on mental health in such long-term social isolation. As in the post-coronary period, we are likely to encounter a large number of people with problems such as anxiety, obsession, self-illness, depression and mental disorders. Therefore, with the help of appropriate solutions to prevent these consequences, people should be encouraged from a state of loneliness and introversion to an active and active state. Physical activity and regular exercise and the use of proper nutrition can be one of the ways to prevent such mental disorders.
